I didnt expect this from Big Papi....

It has just surfaced that David Ortiz aka Big Papi tested positive for performance enhancement drugs in 2003. This new finding will taint the 2004 World Series Title that the Boston Red Soxs received. At this point I believe everyone in the major has or is taking steriods...smh

Obama Calls Racist Cambridge Police Stupid...MUST READ!!!

Obama says the Cambridge Police acted stupidly after the arrest of one of his friends, a Harvard
Professor. Dr. Skip Gates who is a prominent and highly respected African American

professor at Harvard University was arrested when he was spotted trying to "Jimmy"

his lock open after forgetting his keys at home. Once inside his home Dr. Gates showed his

ID and proof of residence and was still arrested on Disorderly Conduct charges. The cambridge

police dropped the disorderly conduct charges but the officer who arrested Dr. Gates refuses to

apologize. This is one of the many issues African Americans face on a daily basis.

This story hits home for me because recently I experienced a situation similar to this one.

I was Djing at a party in at The University of Massachuesetts Amherst, when a fight occurred.

I was in no way involved in the altercation but I was arrested. Before my arrest the advisor for

the party spoke to the police and told the police I was not involved and others around me

before I was apprehended said I wasn't involved in the fight. I was still arrested and charged

with disorderly conduct. Later they realized I WASNT INVOLVED but I am still facing legal

problems from the situation.

This shit isn't right in both cases. I feel like police should be automatically suspended

and their record should be reviewed when these types of situations occur. Situations

like these happen way to often. What do you think about these types of situations? Do you think

these incidents were race motivated?

I guess this is the "my album aint selling" look. First Cassie then Ciara now Solange... Ladies I'm not sure if we should jump on this band wagon. These are some brave females and I guess we'll get used to it. "To each his own" but be cautious before you make this bald move, we don't all have celebrity weave & wig money.

Rapper Fabolous aka "Loso" is coming back with a much anticipated album Tuesday July 28th. This album entitled Loso's Way also features a short film mirroring some of the rappers life experiences. This album will have artist featured such as Jay Z, Lil Wayne, Drake, The Dream, Ne-yo, & Trey Songz. This album was inspired by Al Pacino's "Carlito's Way." Styles P, Ryan Leslie, Swizz Beats, Jadakiss, & Juelz Santana are a short list of celebs featured in the film. I'm excited for this album & Fabo's acting debut. Loso if you didn't already know Soo!

I'm not sure how I feel about this apology. Is Chris Brown truly sorry or is he considered the industry's Black Sheep and needs a way to get back on everyones good side?

I heard Chris Brown might appear on Oprah. All I gotta say is we'll see if Oprah is for or against Chris Brown because that will determine how the rest of the world will feel about C Breezy, well it least the females. If you can control Oprah you can control the minds of all females...lol

The T.O Show premiered yesterday on VH1 with every ones favorite player to Hate. T.O show started off kinda slow with two annoying assistants who managed to cockblock on T.Os every move. The show climaxed after he received a HOUSE WARMING gift from a sexy Asian realtor. Even though I didn't enjoy the first episode, I can see T.O being somewhat entertaining to catch my short attention span. I'll keep you in tune with the upcoming shows....hopefully. J. Cole is the newest addition to Jay-Z's record label RocNation. He created a lot of buzz with his previous mixtape "The Come Up" and he recently released his new mixtape "The Warm Up". J. Cole's witty lyrics and strong delivery has been matched to artist such as Drake.  But some may argue J. Cole has less of a pop feel and more raw content. I'm sure we will be hearing more of Jay-C in the future.  My question is J. Cole or Drake?

Mr.Mandela celebrated his 91st birthday in style this past weekend at the Radio City Music Hall in NY. Guest & performers included Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin, Lil' Kim ,Cyndie Lauper, Morgan Freeman & Queen Latifah and many others. This charitable event payed homage to the great work of this pioneer.
